Grass flower
A while ago when the girls (ST, SY, me) chattered and excitedly negotiated about wedding flowers on way home, AK plucked a twig of grass flower among the many collections at the front yard of I.Hts and gave it to me. I forgot how my heart respond at that moment, it did a modest leap perhaps.=$ This morning as I saw it, stashed in the Bible and dry as a bone, I remembered: All flesh is grass, and the glory of flesh is the flower of grass. Grass withers. Flower falls.
